From Singapore, go to Golden Mile Complex to board One Travel coach leaving at 6.30am. The journey takes 3 hours and you need to bring you luggage down to clear the customs twice. Much hassle but this is the cheapest ride to jetty. One way ticket costs SGD35.

13. A’Famosa Fort
This historical fort was built by the Portuguese in 1511 after they defeated the Malacca Sultanate. On 1641, it fell to the Dutch and subsequently in the early 19th century to the British.
The fort was to be destroyed in 1806, but was spared by the founder of Singapore, Sir Stamford Raffles.
The fort is just a 5 minutes’ walk from Christ Church. It is a very peaceful place away from the busy-ness of Malacca city.

After the toll station, turn right at the t-traffic junction, travel along Kluang-Jalan Mersing trunk road to Kluang Town; then, after approximately 36km, you will reach the Kahang Village. Move on for another 7km and cross the Kahang Bridge. After approximately 200m, you’ll see the signboard indicating the entrance to the Farm.
